Wool House Exhibition, Campaign for Wool
Held at beautiful Somerset House, London. This years Campaign For Wool exhibition, Wool House was curated by stylist Arabella McNie and it ran for 2 weeks. I was approached to create a piece to sit above the mantlepiece in the entrance hallway. Relentless, as I called him, measured 1.6 m x 1.2 m and was made up from almost 500,000 pixels converted into wool stitches (needlepoint tapestry). Other designers involved were, Shauna Richardson who created the large crocheted bear next to Relentless, Ashley Hicks, Kit Kemp, Donna Wilson, Mary Fox Linton (who's interior designed room featured gorgeous artwork from a favourite artist of mine, Jessica Zoob).........to name a few.
